This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit ABD Studios. The short version: this site does not ask you to create an account and has no forms of its own, so it collects nothing you type. It does use outside services, a booking calendar, YouTube, and Google advertising on the blog, and this page says exactly when each one is involved.
What we collect
Nothing you type. There are no sign-ups, contact forms, or comment fields on this site. Like every website, the service that hosts it keeps standard server logs (your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) so the site can be kept secure and running.
Booking a call
The calendar on our booking page is provided by Calendly and is shown inside that page, so it loads from Calendly when you open the booking page. Calendly may set its own cookies and shows its own cookie notice where the law requires one. Anything you enter to book a call, such as your name and email, goes to Calendly and to us so we can hold the call, and Calendly’s own privacy policy covers how it handles it. You can also open the calendar directly on Calendly from the link under it.
Videos
Video preview images are loaded from YouTube’s image servers, which, like any server that sends an image, receive your IP address. No YouTube code runs and no YouTube cookies are set until you press play. The player then loads through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) domain, and from that point YouTube may set cookies and receive data under Google’s own privacy policy.
Advertising on the blog
Blog pages show ads served by Google AdSense. No other page on the site loads advertising code. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google’s Ads Settings (opens in a new tab), and read how Google uses information from sites that use its services (opens in a new tab). Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent by Google’s own consent message before personalized ads are shown.
Cookies and analytics
Apart from the advertising cookies above, the site itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. If we add analytics to understand which pages are useful, we will update this policy to name the tool before it goes live.
